Our terms relate to all our products or services.
Imagine me, a migraineur now in remission, sitting down with a lawyer drafting this agreement. I'm outlining the basic purpose and services we offer and telling them what role it performs and how it works in good faith to help you improve your condition.
As you can imagine, there are a few precautions everyone should take when providing or receiving this kind of health information online. First of all, I'm not a doctor and cannot provide medical advice. Even a doctor shouldn't provide medical advice unless they have your personal details, information, history, allergies etc. What I provide is education, information and tools about migraine that enable you to reduce your attacks. None of the products or services are designed to replace your doctor. I really do believe that finding the right doctor is an essential step in your success.
Also, whilst I do my absolute best to medically reference and source every claim and finding I cannot guarantee perfection. I'm human, I get migraines and articles authored or services may not be 100% complete or accurate even though I thoroughly research the topic and site my sources. Often it is a process of continual updates and improvements as new evidence, information or best practices are developed.
The information, education and support I provide to thousands of migraineurs in the community is conducted in genuine good faith and it's the endorsement, support and thank you letters from the community that keeps me going.
